After seven enriching years at an investment bank in London, I reached a pivotal moment in my career. I simply yearned to create something that would endure. With a family legacy deeply rooted in the manufacturing and trading of unique hand crafted home decor pieces, venturing into this industry felt like a natural and organic progression.
A transformative conversation with my dear friend and mentor, Stanley Baines, sparked the inception of Uday Design. Our vision was clear: to introduce fresh and unique home decor products to the market. Guided by the principles of beauty and meaning, we set out to craft pieces that would stand the test of time.

The genesis of Uday Design was a simple yet profound idea. Conceptualised over a coffee with a beloved mentor, at the very heart of it was a focus purely on design. With this vision, our team of young, talented designers forged ahead.

Our Genesis
Uday Design is an associate company of Hansa Group, a trusted name in the exports of Indian handicrafts and textiles since 1960. Founded by Uday Suri, a fourth-generation entrepreneur of the Suri family, we embody generations of expertise and a deep-seated passion for crafting exquisite home decor and lifestyle products.
Our products are crafted in various facilities of Hansa, ensuring they meet rigorous accreditation and comply with universally accepted market standards.
